Refund & Return Policy

Standard Products — Returns Accepted

Flat web slings ordered from our standard part number catalog may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

✅ The sling is a standard, cataloged part number (not a custom-cut or custom-spec order)
✅ The sling is in new or like-new condition — unused, unaltered, and with the identification tag intact
✅ Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
✅ Item is returned in its original packaging where possible

To initiate a return, contact us at 800-886-4926 or [email protected] with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Custom Orders — No Returns

Slings that are cut to a non-standard length, built to custom specifications, or otherwise made to order are not eligible for return. Custom slings are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or re-sold.

If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please call us before ordering — we are happy to clarify.

⚠ Safety Note: We cannot accept returns on any sling that has been placed in service, shows signs of use, or has had its identification tag removed. Lifting slings must be traceable and certifiable — this protects you and everyone on your job site.

We Will Always Make It Right

Regardless of whether your order is standard or custom, we will replace or fully refund any sling that arrives with one of the following issues:

✅ Wrong item shipped (wrong type, width, ply, or length than ordered)
✅ Manufacturer defect in webbing, stitching, or end fittings
✅ Damaged in shipping — document at delivery, contact us within 48 hours
✅ Order never received — contact us within 7 days of expected delivery

In these cases we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping. Photos of the defect or damage may be requested.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately at 800-886-4926 if you need to cancel. Standard orders can typically be cancelled before they ship. Custom orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. We cannot guarantee cancellation for after-hours orders until the next business day.
